I think he's the best manager we could have. Positivity is by far the best way to get the most out of people - there are exceptions, but overwhelmingly if you're positive, then people will do their best.

I think another characteristic is he doesn't give anything away about the team. For instance when he was asked about injuries to Collins and Scougall ahead of Blackpool he gave no indication if whether they would be playing or not.

This is fairly consistent and although as a fan it can be frustrating I think it's probably a good policy.

The only thing I'd say is he should just declare it openly: "I appreciate you have to ask the question but it's our policy not to disclose information about our team to the opposition." Or something.
