In my time watching we’ve been mullered at home by 4 courtesy of Scunny and Sunderland (they were lethal). We also got splattered 5-2 by Stockport in the league cup, but I wasn’t there too see it.

Young Michael Bridges was sensational for Sunderland. Giant Kevin Francis and tiny Alun Armstrong were way too good for Stockport

Yes. The player I was thinking of was Forte, and he didn't score at all - a false memory on my part.

But he did rag Nosworthy about all night. That I do remember
