Henderson scored three goals in the Premiership last season
Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws is interested in signing Watford striker Darius Henderson.
"I've been talking to a lot of clubs and I can confirm that Darius is a player I've asked about," Laws told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"I've talked to their manager and I'm aware there's a bid from another club."
Laws has already submitted a bid for Southampton's Grzegorz Rasiak and has also offered a trial to Dutch international Patrick Kluivert.
The Owls boss added: "The problem is I don't want to be spinning plates all the time. I want to concentrate on one target at a time."
Henderson, 25, contributed 15 goals as Watford were promoted from the Championship in 2006.
He was a regular for Aidy Boothroyd's side in the Premiership last season but struggled in front of goal, scoring only three times.
Preston and Sheffield United have also been linked with the former Gillingham striker.
