I doubt he'll be on more that Hourihane is so would doubt covering his wages would be an issue unless Leeds pushed for an excessive loan fee as well (which I'd doubt if the rumours that other Champ clubs are interested are true).

I was reading about this earlier in the summer. The courts sided with Leipzig in June, so Leeds have to pay the transfer fee to Leipzig for a player they had to release on a free (in attempt to prove they didn't hold his registration), who has signed signed for Nantes.
