And get this fkin recent shambles sorted . He has to get some bollocks back into this team . Grab the nettle and make some winning decisions to give us some identity and purpose in the final run in .

He had a free hit on weds in the cup. He has no more free hits .

His set up away from home and the performance and attitude of the players recently -QPR / Millwall / Bburn - have been shocking .

He needs to get a grip and fast .

Blackburn and Millwall showed the intensity we needed to show . They don’t necessarily have better players but fk me they were at much more than we were .

No bed wetting just facts

Not good enough - get it sorted

Agree about the absence of intensity. We have the dial set at chess speed when we go forwards some days which is surprising when we have wing backs.

Doesn't help that almost all opposition these days seem to want to do is take it in turns to fall over, take a drinks break and put 11 men behind the ball - and we still have Norwich to come!

Basic sports psychology. It's now the time of the season as Ferguson once described as 'squeaky bum time'. It's about who wants it more. Last time we were in this situation didn't we coin the phrase "big players turn up for big games" .

I'd dust off that mantra and be shouting it tomorrow morning as I make the players sit through and watch and rewatch the omnishambles of yesterday.

Based on yesterday there was at least 8 or 9 players who weren't big men, and definitely didn't turn up. Time for those guys to sit down and let others have a turn.

If the league form doesn’t improve, I can see that cup game being the smallest crowd of the season. It’s took 3 days to totally lose interest in the FA cup again.
