To a point yes the lack of investment is an issue. However it’s down to the manager to instil his ideas his philosophy and his style of play.

Do you see any of that in the current squad? Are they playing a good system poorly or are they lost for ideas or any sort of plan cause they’ve not been given one?

I don't think the players have necessarily given up on Wilder, all the back and sideways passing and hooks upfield suggests they're buying into his "gameplan." They happily downed tools and rebelled against Selles, so perhaps they're either mindless drones or scared to stand up to him.

Apart from Cooper and a couple of others I'd quite happily never see any of them ever again.

The disconnect between the fans and the squad is probably as bad as it's been since the 2010-11 relegation season.

Even some of the teams we had in League One had more bollocks than these bastards.

Too many players and staff either not up to this level or on their way down.

Not sure what the answer is in the short term, especially with the financial circumstances.

Trouble is, it's one thing struggling to get good results regularly, but our whole approach both in terms of starting games, and finishing games isn't going to ingratiate any fan if they're honest.

Yeah, the most loyal will continue to go away consistently but let's not pretend that most of us aren't seeing and thinking the same.

Not all fans fit into the exact same bracket as much as some try to. Our support has been consistently solid for a while now, especially away, even in League 1.

These performances and approaches to games will turn some fans off far more than the results.
