Have the players give up on Wilder ?

A comment from the recent interview with Rosen stands out to me, where he said that Wilders tentacles spread a lot deeper than they knew, and to me that presents a risk. If removing him at the moment that we need to take a new direction pose such a risk that it sets us back even further than just removing a manager? Because if it does, we're in a tricky position.

Would Wilder know when to step back and have they created a succession plan to deal with the situation? I'm not saying now is the right time for him to go, I'm not qualified beyond that of a regular supporter, but as a club, we need to be able to change manager without it destabilising the club more than it would for any other club.

What a predicament we’re in as a club.For me he’s not the future and at some point we need to change direction and bring in a younger manager with Fresh ideas and an infrastructure that will make it easier to change managers (Brighton/Brentford) but as we stand now we need him to try and keep us in the division.Then we’ve got the main problem that caused this situation,the owners.They haven’t got a clue what they’re doing and you can’t trust them to bring in a replacement to move us forward.

Well good question. Wilder wanted Souts, Coleman ( never on but asked) Anel and definitely wanted to keep O'Hare. There was another MF but names gone. The players we HAVE brought in, BBD etc remain open to scrutiny, but so far it ant looking good.

No doubt there were others, but we didnt get to see the flipchart like we did a few seasons ago. Its rare we get our number one targets, its usually the third or fourth on the list. Bettis is the conduit to the board.

For someone many think he effectively runs the club do you believe with the current state of the finances we could afford those players and keep Hamer? He really wasn’t aware of any budget limitations?

You mean manager by the term football man? Or football man with hands on pusre string? If its the latter, no its not Wilder.

Bettis- what do we need Chris?
Wilder - well if we want to challenge we need xyz players
Bettis- got to tighten belt due to new squad rules
Wilder - OK go for xyz then
Bettis- ok but parachute payments are done we need to sell

If you haven’t had a drink maybe get down to A&E.

Not at all sure what yourre accusing me of , was multiple accounts, then you have no answer. If you have an incling spit it out! Dont hide behind deflection mate. It wil all come out in the wash yes. Unlike your underpants.
