Has wilder lost the plot?

As for suggesting boycotts. Come off it. I don’t mind digging out players that need it, but have some balance, maybe femi and brooks act like they’ve made, or go about training with arrogance, maybe they don’t. Regardless they didn’t deserve to be called out today. 60 minutes of that game had gone by before they’d stepped on the pitch, we lost the game then not after.

And If hes doing it because he thinks they’re better than that, what about hamers and burrows drop off this season.

There’s not enough up for the fight consistently well.

He rightly sounded Brooks and Femi out … on their day unplayable … but they pick and choose those days
Still played better than who they replaced.................. just

I’m a Wilder fan, so let’s get that straight, but I do wish he’d take some responsibility when things go wrong.
He says that team was good enough to beat Mansfield, but the result shows it wasn’t.He picked the wrong team, simple as.and we’re now out of the Cup.Come on Chris sometimes you get it wrong and today you did.Making 10 changes is too many and sends a signal and hands some of the initiative to the opposition.
I'm no Wilder fan but every player who started to day would walk into that Mansfield side, so he is right that team should have been good enough to beat Mansfield.
The problem with Wilder is he never takes responsibility, but his biggest problem is he has no plan B when things go wrong or start to go wrong he doesn't know what too do even in his first time with us, his substitutions are nearly always poor or at best negative.

Evening Blades. Just back from the Lane and logged online, and I have got a few things to get off my chest.

What a shambolic performance. I am dismayed and bewildered by the team display and by Wilder’s useless selections.

Why does he continue to pick Arblaster, who is clearly well off the pace? It feels as though he is only making the matchday squad because he is his son-in-law.

Why is Tyrese Campbell still getting a shirt? I have seen a tortoise press a centre-back with more intensity than him.

If it were up to me, I would be sounding out whether Gary O’Neil would be interested in taking over.

The board need to act before we are playing Mansfield-type teams every week.

We are six points from the drop zone. We are not safe yet.
He is just telling the truth as it is, and the childish replies slating him are from wilder deluded groupies.
Ps/ Regarding the form of Campbell, it went downhill the day Bamford arrived. Campbell wants to be the centre of attention, and a guaranteed starter, he cannot handle competition.

In fairness to Wilder, he has taken criticism when it's rightfully his to take.Today is & also isn't - there's a fine balance.

Today, that starting XI was good enough to beat Mansfield, but it didn't. That isn't wholly on him, the subs were positive to try affect it. Granted, we can all see Davies is crap & as a pair McGuiness & Mee are too slow.

There was a press conference ages ago [I can't be bothered to find it & clip it] & Wilder comments on player management. He said he'd always give his honest assessment. As well as only publicly calling out/ criticising those who can be better & can take it.

Clearly Seriki & Brooks can both handle it, given their improvement from last season & form as of recent, which he's spoken positively off.

Burrows last year was our first choice LB, calling out his performance & asking for more and for him to return to being "our first choice" is fair criticism - not sure McCallum will be affected as this year he's risen to the challenge & some - thus earning the shirt, it's his to lose.

Specifically called those two out but didm’t name whoever he said wasn’t doing their job for the two Reed goals. He also named Burrows as his first choice full back which will have done a great job of motivating MaCallum, one of our best players this season. It’s very clear that he favours his “culture carriers”. If I was Brooks or Seriki I would be looking to move on this summer.
This does seem to be a Wilder thing. Whilst I do think he is a very strong manager, he clearly has stuff to learn. Really feel he should be pulled up here, for his own good and that of our club.

Really not liking the current trend of digging out the 2 young lads. They're not even close to being the worst offenders this season.

100% fact, far worse players this season who are experienced enough to know better. Some of which have gotten away very lightly in the media circus, if anything Femi and Brooks have been to many fans a youthful glimmer of hope in our resurgence. Aiming the sword in the wrong direction now.

Wilder himself said it best “no room for sentiment” I’d like to see an example of that to some of the lads clearly getting away with it, unless of course it’s easier to have a go at young lads that won’t say anything back.

Wankier

We will lose some of our most promising young players for less than they’re worth because they will be actively looking to leave because they don’t enjoy playing for Wilder.

Some of them are more focused on being top class footballers rather than “one of the lads” and therefore will never be favourites of Wilder.

wilder is hiding blaming the players again he disrespected nigel clough and mansfield by making 10 changes 5/6 yes acceptable but not 10 what it did show was that our fringe players are nowhere near good enough and need moving on in the summer abysmal performance yesterday

All jokes aside that was a basket case of game

Reed scored two goals from outside the box one you score 1 in 100 and the other Arbslaster volleys it into his own net

We deserved to win that game without dominating/battering them

Not really any need to throw the players under the bus it’s just performative nonsense from him again

Especially Seriki / Brooks who have been two of our stand out players since the up take in form

Two player who we want to sign contracts and may get better offers elsewhere

What is baffling is he's had a go at Seriki and Brooks and after they came on the score was 2-0 to us.

The charitable view is that CW thinks he can get more out of the pair by being hard on them but IMHO his stance on them is likely to be counter productive with their agents possibly looking to get them out of there.

In the meantime players like Ings, Chong and Campbell who were absolutely atrocious escape much of the criticism. It doesn't make sense

They could end up with a career at Mansfield like Louis Reed, where they can focus on being top class footballers.

This. He's showing all the hallmarks of a bully.

He did actually mention how good they’ve been.
