He'll end up at somewhere like Preston.

But Tottenham aren't a normal club. They're run terrible, a bit like Chelsea. If a player isn't performing, they buy another. If that one doesn't perform, they buy another.

Also worth noting Tottenham are a team challenging for the top 4 so the calibre of player they require to achieve that is very high.
We are aiming to finish 4th bottom or better

He's been at Spurs since before Sharp made his first debut for us, and his loan this season is the only loan he's had. That word journeyman doesn't mean what you think it means

If he was to sign then obviously PH rates him and that's fine with me. However I'm not sure he's that good and I've never been overly impressed with his performances for Spurs. Lets be right, he only got into the England team due to who he was playing cos he wouldn't have got anywhere near it if he was playing for SUFC in the PL. Probably just paper talk anyway.

I'm certainly not a blades snob, just don't believe he's that's great tbh or what we need in a likely relegation scrap. Would prefer someone like Mady Camara who has been mentioned on here elsewhere. If we get Winks for free then fair enough but don't want to spend a big chunk of any budget on him.
