I think it’s fair to say that since the players actually bothered to turn up against Wilder performances have been poor.

IMO we need a hard reset.

Over the summer I would love to see a change in ownership and management (unfortunately I don’t think we will see either)

I would also like to see A LOT of our players sold /moved on as I honestly think they’ve lost all sense of fight, direction, desire and identity.

Unfortunately I can’t see us being able to shift enough to have the necessary impact.

Brace yourselves people I think we are going to be in a battle next year at the wrong end of the table.

Awful way to throw away a point even kids at the park know to focus after you score a goal. You don't let up that late in the game and give them another gift goal.
Exactly. Forest lost, Blackburn lost, Boro only drew, Millwall only drew.

But this team lacks guts. Bournemouth were second best last week. But they escaped with a point. Look at Burnley, look at how many draws they've managed to eek out to give themselves a chance. Not our lads. They've no bottle.

We will need something on the last day vs Fulham and we've no chance when we're capable of performances like that.

Just to save me time in searching, can you point me to the other 'hard reset needed ' threads you've started recently after the wins against Boro, Barnsley, QPR...? Actually, I'll take the ones you created after losses to Cov and Stoke.

Point being?

If the miraculous does occur and we do go up then at least we will have the funds to buy the 15 ish new players we need. If we stay down we probably only need about 10, but the Prince has shown since relegation he has only got the money for frees/loans...

Point being?
Point being that yesterday was awful, but just a couple of matches ago there weren't calls for a full root and branch overhaul of the club. Big changes are needed regardless of the division we're in next season, but christ, the responses to yesterday's performance have been excessive to say the least.

We're in the top 6,and it'll be interesting that if we finish there (regardless of our inevitable playoff loss) whether there will be shouts for a hard reset and "get rid of em all!"

You have no idea what he thinks or thought after those games with all due respect 😂

One where you have to make difficult decisions and changes are made that reach far and wide across the organisation.

The amount of contracts and loans that are up at the end of the season wouldn’t make this so difficult.

What people need to remember though is Hecky signed a 5 year contract on the promise to this particular owner that he would promote the youth rather then spending on transfers.

This summer is one summer to early for the young players to have any impact imo. So with that promise in mine and the current ownership and management staying on I really really worry for us next season.

If the owners have changed, and the management, who is making these difficult decisions, and what gives you confidence they will be good ones?

I... erm... asked him in this thread? Up there? Where I asked for the similar threads as this one...

None… this comes after a balanced view of the whole season… and perhaps the season before that … it has become apparent that we have owners no longer fully committed to the club, a cheap option yes man as manager, and players we have been far too loyal to for too long.

We have not evolved as a club not one bit over 4/5 years if anything we have regressed.

I wouldn’t put it past this lot to sell the ground and the land it is on, bank the money, build something cheap and nasty out of town and the. Fuck off.
