According to Look Leeds, who were actually covering a Sheffield team:eek: , if the pigs can't get their ground ready they may have to groundshare with...us:D:D

surely our little crappy ground will be fill twice over with their massive support tho:rolleyes:

If they come to play at BDTBL, i'm going down before any of their matches and physically removing my seat and taking it home with me. No Pig's sitting on my seat, no way no how!

They can play at the Lane as far as I'm concerned. Charge the piggy bastards a million quid per minute.

We would only have to open a side stand and away end though ;)

Perfect thats about the right amount of seats for there fans. :)

I say merge the clubs!

Take a logical decision on which ground to use. Swillsboro is looking old and tired and now rather damp, probably smells of wee as well! BDTBL is clean, well maintained, up to date and central to the city. So The Lane it is! Turn the S6 shambles into a car park!

The name would need to be representative of both clubs. So in deference to their status as the obviously bigger club with a massive following they must keep the first part of their name and we have to drop the first part of ours and only keep the second part - so the new club becomes Sheffield United.

The choice of colours and kit needs to be decided as well. Again, this needs to be representative of both clubs. So the white part of Owlie kit is kept and the red part of SUFC is retained.

There you have it! Sheffield finally gets one club. It is known as Sheffield United, playing at Bramall Lane wearing red and white stripes.

You know it makes perfect sense!

:D :D :D :D :D

They could as long as we charged them through their piggy snouts, claim half their gate and threatened to kick them out if there's any sign of vandalism... thus threatening them with a points deduction if they can't find another ground in time.

no fuck off im not having a grunter sat in my seat

Erm... they probably already have.

A United crowd isn't always necessarily made up of Blades, just like I'm sure quite a few people from here have been to see Wednesday play at home.

Free tickets from schools, competition winners etc...

I've seen Wednesday loads of times at Hillsborough but I think it would be different for us to actually stage a Wednesday match where 3 sides of the ground are filled with just Owls fans. I reckon there'd definitely be some vandalism by some brainless idiots. I really can't see it going ahead but if it did it would definitely see us as the more forward thinking of the 2 clubs - a fine example of an integrating community (quote=Bernard Righton)!!

No thank you!! Do you really think they'd help us out if it was us flooded? Would you want to go to their for your game?!

im in with the no no crowd put the nets up i hillsboro park let them play there
plenty of room to accomodate plenty of snouters :D

no way no how. there thick as shit and will think its cleaver to vandalize our ground because theres is a shit hole.

blockade the stands.... or just buy the tickets ourself and boo the wendy team

they will have there first few games away instead.

Not gunna happen so stop worrying your piggy brains off

There will be no 'piggies' down at the oh so accurately* named, 'Beautifull Downtown Bramall Lane' HAHA

* Sarcasm

And get fined for not fulfilling their home fixtures...

Na they wouldn't get fined.

Remember the season the Ricoh was not ready, and Coventry played like first 3/4 games away from home.

May not be as big as your ground but in a much better state than yours
