65% possession, 21 shots but only 5 on target probably tells the story of our night. Also, I thought we missed having a left-footed LWB.
The game was decided by the 2 keepers. Dieng's save from Norwood was much more difficult than the shot from Willock that Wes let in at his near post.
Anyway, some positives - I thought McAtee put in his best performance yet and Bogle is back, That one run into the box when he tried his special trick of playing it to himself with his back foot didn't quite come off this time. Shame. We've missed those dancing feet.

Graph 1 is the usual comparison to last year - 24 points compared to Slav's 15 points after 12 games. Slav actually won Game12 at home to Stoke.
Graph 2 should cheer us up a bit - still top of the League. This compares to last year's league position where we had climbed to the lofty heights of 13th with that win over Stoke.
Graph 3 is the usual comparison to my benchmark results to achieve Playoffs and Autos - we are now 2 points behind my Autos line - but still 6 points ahead of my Playoffs Certain line. (Remember that my benchmark lines for promotion are based on who we are facing in the actual games, not on a general statistical average - that is why they are not straight lines).
Graph 4 - is the comparison with our last 2 Championship promotions - Warnock's 05/06 promotion season and Wilder in 18/19. On 24 points after 12 games this year we are now 1 point behind the 25 that we had with Wilder in 18/19 and 6 behind the 30 that we had with Warnock's flying start in 05/06. We finished 2nd in both those years on 90 points under Warnock and 89 under Wilder.
Away at Stoke next - and time to get the show back on the road.
