Grab the Shirt

All this "grab the shirt" nonsense doesn't wash with me. Basham plays brilliantly in midfield so gets "dropped" back into defence, Bogle comes on look lively and scores a goal in a team devoid of goals doesn't get a look in.

I've been a defender of McBurnie but tonights performance was a disgrace, you can be damn sure he will play against Burnley and get no change out of Tarkowski as we hoof the ball up to him.

Ramsdale no clean sheet in 14 games look shaky every week and yet Verrips and Foderingham (two Wilder signings) don't get a look in. What is he good at? He's not tall and commanding like Blackman, he isn't an amazing shotstopper like Deano and his distribution is shocking.

Osborn has put in the best LWB performances we've seen, Stevens has been dreadful all season but still gets picked every week.

Brewster has done precisely nothing in a Blades shirt while Sharp has to watch on. Yes his best days are behind him but I'd sooner see Sharp and Burke working hard up top. If we haven't got the quality to unlock defences the least we can do is outwork and battle with them.

I agree with the above but to me grabbing the shirt means taking men on driving with the ball to make stuff happen and we've no one that can do that.

Wilder has thrown them under the bus tonight to save face. You've been manager of this club for 4+ years these are all your players. £100+ million spent and not one player capable of going past a man.

I agree with the above but to me grabbing the shirt means taking men on driving with the ball to make stuff happen and we've no one that can do that.

Wilder has thrown them under the bus tonight to save face. You've been manager of this club for 4+ years these are all your players. £100+ million spent and not one player capable of going past a man.

Freeman is probably the closest I've seen to that but thats been done to death on here...
