names of blades fans from late 70s to late 80s [ie nicknames] would be good to know who is still around these days, ie irish, little irish, spinner , herman, pond street blades swalownest blades, kivo blades handsworth blades ect ect :hello:

Irish and Herman go on John St ,Little irish doesn't bother now ,saw him on London Rd a couple weeks ago. Saw Shred at Worksop ,Granny put a nice notice in the Star for Dreads the other week ,Sharpys nephew comes on here ,Jasper still goes as do most of the lads on the pictures.Haven't seen Stocksy, Bent nose , Dinky or Frog for a long time though.

I see Sharpy and Herman in Fannys now and again. Saw Mitchell at Stoke some years ago and recounted some adventures wed had at away games I seem to remember Dinky was with him, Ive seen him since cant remember where though !

Bent nose was in Copthorne withsome faces a couple of times last year and seen fairly often in south stand,Irish as stated goes in John Stret and known to drink in Sportsman some games .Shred is still around and home and away but is apparently a little c##t struck having found love with a lass from Worksop LOL .I am guessing the reopening of the cricks and lower attendances will allow people to catch up with old faces

you still see plenty of em in sportsman..cricketers will be good this season too

Usually see Herman few times per season when he's having to work on match days. I park near where he works and usually pop over for a catch up. We went right through school together and knocked about in our mis-spent youth!
