Goals that Deano would have prevented

I'm predicting this to be a common theme for many this season so here's the start of the list......

1. Wolves 1st
2. Wolves 2nd
3. Burnley's 1st
4. 1st Pen
5. 2nd Pen
6. 3rd Pen
7. 4th Pen
8. 5th Pen

What's the answer then ?, should we have signed Deano then, given that Man U have big plans for him, opening bids 50 million plus, plus there is ultimately only one team he wants to play for ?

9. Every goal the Blades concede this season.
10. Every ball played into the Blades box this season.
That should about cover it.
Sure some will say it's because we have Ramsdale and not Henderson that we haven't scored hat fulls of goals, and every free kick, penalty, corner and throw in conceded, Henderson would have saved.
Some times I truly despair.

And the winner of Thursday's WOAFT Award is .....

It was an easy prediction to make.....

And if we don't shell out a fortune for a keeper, every mistake that keeper makes will be accompanied by comments of, "Hendo wouldn't have made that mistake", "He's cost us x points compared to Hendo", "We should have stumped up the cash and bought Hendo" etc etc.

England goalkeeper Pope let in 5 last night and it would have been 6 if McBurnie hadn't given him a back pass.

So all the goalkeeping experts have been exposed by Robert Green on SSN

correction he would'nt have saved none, its a bit fucking hard to make any saves sitting at home in a flat in Manchester.

Folks need to move on, hes not ours and never was, back the ones we have be it Rammers or McBurnie et al.

Would be nice to know if United did make a serious offer at some point in the last two years, or have I missed something?
I can admit that I was quite certain, in my own mind, that he would sign for Blades, eventually........shows what I know.

Thanks for the laugh, I do admire your loyalty.
Sad thing is it was so obvious Foderingham had decided pre-kick which way he would dive on each penalty.

What was the purpose of this thread?

The purpose is, it's a troll post - designed with a purpose to divide the fanbase.

Perfectly acceptable by the way - it's what happens when there's only ONE Premier league team in Sheffield.

UTB

This thread should be more about goals Deano (the original) would have notched by now.

McBurnie could do with watching the great man in action.
I was trying to think of a player who mirrored McBurnie and Dooley came to mind. Big, clumber some and not being too negative no footballer, but did know where the net was, pity McB hasn't got that same knack.
I also thought of "Deano", but he puts the other two to shame he could play football and score despite he looked awkward in his movement.

I was thinking more he had one leg.

I'm that old I saw him with two legs, just like a bulldozer and when he shot, like Heap used to say in't Green U'n a cannon ball shot. defenders bounced off him like they did Tri Dellas. I have a photo of Tri marauding through a team, cannot find it at the moment.

I miss that Mousset, Fleck & Lundstram link up we saw last season, they are deadly when playing together.

One is unfit most of the time and needs big hugs, one doesn't want to stay and the other needs these players replaced by better players.
