The key is signing good, hungry players who are motivated and can grow with the club. We've done that this season. We need to keep doing that next season.

While totally agreeing with that and Mr Wilders approach I also wonder if this means we will continue losing our best players every window to teams who are willing to pay more ?

Well of course we don’t want to buy twats and even more so if they cost big bucks. But there’s a reason Newcastle are going to win the league and the main one is that their budget blows other teams out of the water. Of course it has to be spent well but having it to spend is a big advantage. We’ve had high paid twats (Hammond, Sammon etc.) and low paid twats (Williams, Westlake, Taylor, McNulty etc.).
