Up there with the most corners in the division (80)

Down there with the least amount of goals from corners (3)

Will we start scoring starting tomorrow now we have Ricky Holmes, a set piece expert?

Imo we haven’t been that bad set piece wise.

Certainly JOC can feel unlucky/ disappointed not to have had a couple of goals from them. Another area where we’ve been just falling inches short from.

We have a number of players who are competitive in the air but none who are dominant attackers of the ball. That's probably as much of an issue as anything. O'Connell's the best bet, but opponents know we always aim for him and if they stop him at corners, they stop us.

I also think we've seen a big difference in the opposition's ability to defend corners at this level compared to L1, which I expected.

I love JOC but he’s got to improve this aspect of his game. As Wilder said about the team after the Wendy game, we can’t keep saying that we’re unlucky - it’s not unlucky when you fail to convert chances that you should score from.

We’re terrible at corners. Can guarantee 1 of 3 scenarios will happen.
A- Ball hits first man
B-JOC heads off target
C-We play it short and lose possession

Holmes’ corners will have to be better than when he last played at Bramall Lane, they were terrible that day. I’ve never been a fan of the ‘floated’ corner

We need a Flint type player 6ft 4 and a beast in the air.

We have to remember we are new to the league and so are our management team. We have to grow together.
