As someone whose has actively been involved in Ladies professional football since the introduction of the FAWSL and knows Karen well, I have to acknowledge what a dedicated professional she is and she will be absolutely gutted by her mistake.

Easily brought to mind are David James and his cock ups, the keeper whose name I don`t recall v Croatia a few years back, Green v USA.

Paul Robinson v Croatia..a tame but accurate backpass is wildly swung at and missed, rolling into the England net.
Scott Carson did make a howler , also v Croatia, but more akin to Green v USA.
Robinson was worse than women`s keeper last Friday.
