Nope just another know nothing dickhead who only knows the names of the players in the top 6 ................. wait a minute

Saw a post on Facebook said that Keown said we were smashing Norwich at half time (we were), Garth Crooks was saying we just shaded a close half.

Jose Mourhino said back in October (before he was Spurs boss) don't discount Sheffield United when the Sky team were talking about the top 6. It's like he new sommert, none of theM mentioned us a serious contender even though we in a good position then Jose said do not forgrt about Sheffield United.

With how his spurs team are playing, it sounds like he stuck a wager on us getting a CL spot

I dont mind Keown. I’m always entertained by how he tries to talk and carry himself like a University Professor guesting on Loose Women to explain something semi-complicated to a room full of whooping idiots.

I remember at one World Cup or Euros, there was a pre-recorded segment Keown did about marking up at corners, with him on a training pitch showing how you should stand etc. It was genuinely really good and offered insight into football that you only get from pros, rather than typical punditry which is along the lines of 'he'll be disappointed with that Gary' It as only a few minutes long, nothing groundbreaking, but it's stuck with me because it was so well done. I've always had time for him after that.

I wonder if his Professor persona is genuine, or it's his attempt to shed the image he had as a player.

Think its the Wenger Effect. Tony Adams was the same- got into poetry and philosophy. Suddenly all these loutish twats were hanging out with continentals every day and decided to start wearing polo neck shirts and stroking their chins at art galleries.

Apart from David Seaman of course, who’s idea of “going continental” was to grow a ponytail to go with the moustache and adopt the kebab shop assistant look.

And he’ll remind everyone of that when we kick their arse next month!

I've just red the Keown is from Oxford so maybe he grew up with the cap and gown set.
