So have I pal .can't wait

"Crow and a Baby" - they used to play that (amongst other things) in The Limit Club on West Street.

I've got the singe of "Only After Dark" with "Toyota City" on the b-side, limited edition free give away with Empire State Human.

And of course, the classic, "Gordon's Gin"!

Oh and "Circus of Death" was based on an old Hammer Horror film that the band had watched on TV

What does it do then?
Looking at the evidence from Israel, it appears to cause an immune response spike which quickly recedes, hence the calls for "3rd jabs". Of course, not only is there zero clinical trial evidence from the two injection regime, nobody knows what the negative impacts of three injections in the space of a few months is.

As it is, the Canuckians here are introducing a vaccine passport which limits access to restaurants, presumably sporting events (what passes as sport here, anyway) and other "large gatherings". It won't impact me, as since my wife died last year I have no one to go to such events with anyway.

I've got mine on the app, but don't agree with making it compulsory to enter somewhere.
Peoples right to get jabbed or not should be respected.
Of course each person has the right to decide whether to be vaccinated, but so too clubs and other venues must have the right to decide who enters their premises.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Please don't read my disagreement with your views as anything other than that. I hope you can find friends or family to support you through your grief.

I know they have the technical right to do it, for certain things.
That doesn't mean it is sensible or morally right to do so. In this case, I don't think it is.
Also, it sounds as though it is being brought in from a level higher than the club.

If a business or organisation makes a decision that they think is in the best interests of (the vast majority of) their employees and customers, then that’s pretty much the textbook definition of sensible and morally right.

Not to the person who disagrees with the decision 🙂

The business isn't making the decision. It's being mandated from elsewhere.
This topic is like so many nowadays, too many people will only accept one way of thinking.
I've had the jabs and got the app. I respect peoples right to not have either and don't think they should be penalised for it. It's a pity so many people do.

Seems odd they allowed everybody back in regardless then, even though the app already exists?
It will certainly please people who prefer to punish people who think differently to themselves.

Which is why I said “or organisation”

That’s a really weird way of thinking. It’s nothing to do with only accepting one side of anything, it’s simply about people making decisions that they think are in the best interests of the majority. Happens all the time.

Practically a moot point though; it’s probably dead easy to fake a covid passport, and nobody will be arsed to properly check anyway.

Surely if the business or organisation was genuinely interested, and genuinely believed it was for the good of their employees, and customers, they would be arsed to check??
Seems odd.

No expiry date. My dad has the digital one and mentioned something about how there was a expiry on his which was about a month later now you mention it.
On the app, it does give an expiry date of 1 month. But it constantly updates it, so it's always one month on from when you open it.

Check what?

If you’re going to say that the Premier League should ignore 99.9% of all disease and healthcare professionals and instead carry out their own ‘critical thinking’, then I’ll bow out now. Many thanks, all the best.

Was a reply to your last paragraph. You'll have to read what you wrote.
