Get him gone

Seriously?

What do you want as you get older ?
You'd put money over your mental health ?

Here's a few £m , but the stress you'll be under is unimaginable , because your performance directly affects something you've cherished since you were a kid.

You think Wilder's relationship with our club is built on his salary ?

All sorts of football managers earn way more than Wilder but just bounce happily in and out of clubs because the clubs mean nothing to them.
They're just jobs.
And players are even less invested.

You're very misguided if you put money above your health , be it physical or mental.

Not sure wtf you’re on about? I was alluding to the fact that he wouldn’t have had a go at the fans 6 months ago before he got his new contract. Now all of a sudden he’s grown a pair.

If you want to talk about money it’s the first thing he asked for when he slid out of the back door last time. I’ll let you get back to you’re Wilder love in - please feel free to let me know how it goes.

The goal difference says it all, it backs up what you’re saying, the performances aren’t that of team challenging at the top.

We’ve done just enough all season and that’s starting to look mainly due to have better players and less about the manager.
And that at end in the tunnel was wilder trying to deflect from the shit show he'd just let the fans endure.

Wilder will not be in charge for the first game of next season regardless of what happens.

Hopefully the owners will have had enough of his unpalatable and embarrassing behaviour and arrange a respectful departure /retirement for him this summer.

Him continuing at the Lane is damaging his mental health and the club.

He simply cannot acknowledge his own failures because that would mean he has harmed the club he adores , which his psyche just cannot compute ...
Leading him to meltdown and bizarre decisions/behaviour.

We are staring another 2021 in the face.

Fucking ridiculous to give him a new contract, that’s for sure
It's their own stupid money they've wasted.
We all knew he'd be gone the moment we hit the PL even if he got us up.

Just try to imagine him spending the big money wisely.

Or outsmarting any PL manager.

And now they can let him go for failing spectacularly this month.

I do love him as a bloke and he deserved his £ and accolades till 2021.

But the Wilder effect is now toxic.

Both to him and his club.

The fan/manager can lift a L1 club up by its bootlaces
But the burden of stress/emotion takes its toll.

He needs to go , for his own sake and ours.

Keep your legend intact Chris.

Don't wait for a crisis to cause an ugly painful exit.

Really? He held a long old debrief on the pitch which is reason enough to doubt that he’s in full control.
I thought it was embarrassing. Felt sorry for the players whilst that was happening and thought it was Wilder's way of trying to point out who was to blame.(I.e not himself)
