Remember when Adkins took Soton to the prem from league 1, they were close to the bottom of the league and sacked Adkins despite what he had done for them. They then had the foresight to bring in Pochettino in order to take the club forwards. It was a case of thanks Nigel but we now need to move the club on. It has worked for them but only if you bring in the right man, and Allardire isnt the one.

This would be the biggest mistake we've ever made to sack Chris and sign Sam.... and that includes signing Dean Hammond.

Nothing against Sam but he isnt right for our club, this would be a huge backwards step.

Whether it be Pep, Jose, Sir Alex, Carlo or Wenger I dont think we'd be any better off as the players dont believe in themselves anymore.

Long term CWAK are still right for this club.

Best man to get us promoted next season is CW.

Target for me now is 12 points to avoid fewest points record and then hopefully we’re back at matches next year to enjoy another promotion push.

We have a very decent championship side and we will be a threat. All relegated sides from last season are up there in the Championship and expect it to be the same next year with the money being spent nowadays & parachute payments.

Regardless, Wilder deserves the chance to get us back up.
