And what are those current issues that Evans is apparently causing us be then?

From what I can't tell the lad is being as good as gold as evidenced by CWs recent comments about him, but unfortunately I'd out for a few weeks. Does that constituteas causing us problems then?

If you have a problem with CE playing for Utd (a lad who was wrongfully imprisoned irrespective of where your moral compass may lay) then have the balls to say so rather than just making comments about a current blades player which have no foundation in fact.

If you just don't like him then that up to you. But don't make up bollox though and expect it to go unchallenged.

I supported CE from minute 1 btw - but he still splits Blades opinion. It's only an opinion and if it appears bollox to you then fine.

Yes, I get that your allowed an opinion. There like arseholes in that everyone has one. So I will try asking a question again but will phrase it slightly differently. So irrespective of whether or not you think fans are divided on his coming back....the question is....What issues is Ched Evans currently creating for sufc? Is he turning up late for work, is he selling fags to the young kids behind the bike sheds, is he whispering in young Brooks ear telling him to leave for the sake of his own career? What exactly are these issues that he is apparently still causing sufc? I'm at a loss. I thought he was just getting his head down and trying to rebuild his career?

Maybe the issues you refer to aren't actually being caused by Ched at all, but actually are issues for individual fans who can't let go of the past (not saying you are one of those people by the way)?

Here's my opinion for what it's worth (hey we've all got one). Ched isn't causing us any issue whatsoever and is now a sufc player like any other who should be allowed to get on with his career and who we the fans should back. Not having a go or anything but it does get my goat a bit when pepole state things like that and in reality the lad has been quiet as a mouse and been good as gold for the club and CW since he came back. Only going on what CW has said and he should know.
 
Why the hell would any young player go near wednesdays academy!? What a shambles.
 
Any truth in the rumours that he's been speaking with a certain superstar goal scorer from last night, about life with the blades???

According to someone on Porktalk he is going abroad.

I heard a different version, which included David visiting Shirecliffe?? Just trying to ascertain whether there was any truth in it?

I heard a rumour (probably no truth in it) that Hirst senior had spoken, off the record, to Derek Geary, to see what the chances are of Hirst junior coming o BDTBL via the academy, but not sure there is even the remotest truth in this.
 

I've heard it's gone further than Geary and Hirst has been watched and involved in something???
Same source that told me about Donaldson, Lavery and Ched..... but just a rumour.
 
His dad is actually a dingle ,he just played for the grunters ,met him and actually played against him a few times ,Hirst is actually a good bloke with a great sense of humour ,although by the time I played against him he was better in goal than out for Brunsmeer. My question would be ,is this lad getting all the attention because of his name or is he that good ? I mean what if his name was Brookes ? Or Di giralamo :confused:

He probably would. The name Hirst makes fuck all for England under 19s, but he's a mainstay there and has done exceptionally well. I'd love him here, but I don't think that's realistic in the slightest. And if the wages rumour is true, then there are issues with attitude which his good mate Brooks does not have thankfully.
 
I guess it all depends on what the real reason is why he's not signed a new deal.
If he's turned a contract down at S6 due to money i can't see him coming here. Again according to Porktalk the deal they have offered him would make him the highest paid youngster in their history.
If its down to him or his advisers thinking he should be in or around the first team squad then i cant see CW standing for that.

But just remember the Pigs are just so desperate for one of their youngsters to come through their academy, after years of watching us turn out Premier league player after player, when they have just Mark Beevers and Liam Palmer to show from theirs.
Its the one area that i don't even think Rawmarsh pig would argue that they have a better academy.
I have never seen GH play so don't know how good he is or could be, but it does seem to have a bit of Diego about it.

Doyen are definitely involved with him, and with their murky dealings, wouldn't put it past them to be making the situation worse, to line their own pockets.

A pig texted Football Heaven on Thursday saying Hurst will definitely sign a new contract next week, so after reading the above either the Mail or him are talking crap.
