Some great tributes and really pleasing to see Enda become a part of it... but not the most well observed minute's silence.

Hopefully it was lads in the away end concourse that were unaware of what was happening inside. It can happen.

Not sure our lot shouting "fuck off" and "shut the fuck up" etc. is any better though. Pretty counterintuitive.

A Stoke fan shouted "Shut up you fucking pricks" just seconds before the end of the minutes silence. People laughed.

The Stoke fans were very respectful, just about everyone of them were silent and clapped during the applause.

The date was mentioned a week or so ago, it’s on the 30th of this month but they aren’t making it public knowledge of where it is more than likely for a very good reason, we’ve mostly all paid our respects already, let the family and close friends pay theirs on a very, very sad time in all their lives.

I went to the ground on Friday and started to read the cards and messages on the shirts. A member of staff came over to tidy up the flowers and tributes, he said 'don't start reading all the messages it will really get to you' How very true.

I went in the Hilton and saw Gary Sinclair speaking to a colleague. I wanted to wish him best wishes for the match the next day as I was sure it would have been a difficult gig for him. I thought he held it together very well.

I saw Gary Sinclair after the game and never spoken to him before but I felt I had to thank him. He’s such a professional in what he does and that was personal for him as much as anyone else in the ground.

I said thanks and it seemed to be something which meant a lot. I left it at that and he clearly needed the pint he was enjoying as the next fella came over and also thanked him.

One things for sure. If George was looking down on us Saturday, he would have been mighty impressed with the send off. That continual 10 minute rendition of Starman at the end of the match was amazing. Unforgettable, well done Blades. Did him proud.
That was incredible and it got me again… then so did the big huddle with all the squad and staff at the end. Emotional day

Never experienced anything like that at football or sports and hope I won’t again

I can't think of anything comparable. I suppose there will be something. It was absolutely immense, plus any other superlatives you can think of. So glad I was there to witness it. (obviously wish I didn't need to).

My good friend Ian held the funeral for George Baldock in Milton Keynes today, he said it was a terribly difficult day, hardest funeral he has ever done and he's held thousands. It recently came to light that George had done a lot of charity work that he kept quiet, a true testament to the man, and the beneficiaries from the funeral were Winston's Wish, Cancer Research and Sheffield Children's Hospital. Thoughts with all in attendance, such a sad time.

What sort of scumbag goes to a private funeral takes pictures of people grieving and sells them to the papers?
Paparazzi. Best we can do is not share links to such places that pay them.

I see paparazzi a fair bit mostly camped outside Prince Andrew's house and I just can't get my head around doing that as a living

I hope there will be a memorial service in Sheffield perhaps early next year?
