Thanks, that is the plan for the route, I haven't looked at the elevation... The approach to Sheffield from the south is flat... right...?!
I won't be doing it on match day (I want to be able to enjoy the match and not have that time pressure!) , but ideally if our first game is at home on the Saturday, do the ride on the friday. If we have the friday night match, I might do the ride on the Thursday.
Really not after credit on this, I just felt quite strongly that us as fans needed an opportunity to show our support to the foundation, and our appreciation of George and his legacy. not a religious man but on my ride at the weekend, the two hardest bits of the route, Starman came on my Spotify playlist, both times.
