Wales have got an excellent chance. 4 of the midfield/attack will be Bale, Ramsey, Ledley and Bellamy - all decent players. Bale isn't fully fit, but I imagine Johnson would struggle with a 50% fit Bale. If Northern Ireland can win 1-0 against England, then Wales can certainly cause an upset.
