Have heard that we might be monitoring the situation with Gary Bowyer. Possibly a bit of creative speculative "journalism" but my brother said he read it in one of the sunday papers.

If we are it's comedic, but I'd put nothing past us.

I'd guess his agent is putting it about in the hope it might encourage someone like Walsall or Chesterfield to go in for him whilst he's still available.
