Eh nowt up wi woodhouse was brought up thereThat's shit.
When anyone local has their car nicked, the advice from Facebook is to have a drive around both Gleadless and Woodhouse.
I'm assuming there are known scrotes that live on particular roads, as quite a few cars end up getting found![]()

If you know the right people it's quietLinz's claims clearly shot down in flames there.![]()
True story
Mate broke his ankle playing Sunday league, knew work wouldn’t pay him whilst he was off so said he did it on a broken paving slab near his gaff on Mansfield Rd - reported it to council for cover story
48 hours later got home after a sesh to his mrs saying he’d got a letter from council saying they would be out 1st thing to inspect said slab
He picks up a lump hammer and ventures out to crack a slab
Next minute one of SYP’s finest stood over him asking why he’s on his knees smashing up the pavement
Week later he’s up for criminal damage, got a bill off the council and been sacked from work
Just remember kids, only crime is getting caught![]()
Mate of mine's little brother who hadn't yet passed his test took my mates Escort Cosworth out for a drive and crashed it I to some railings many years ago.The moral is, if you’re not an experienced criminal, don’t do crime, because you’ll be shit at it.
My ex brother in law tried to fake a car theft. He drove it to some woods and set fire to it. I think he pulled out some wires before he torched it to make it look like it had been hot wired and smashed a window.
But he forgot to break the steering lock. Coppers didn’t prosecute. They just told him they knew what was going on and if he claimed for theft on his insurance, they’d nick him for fraud. So, effectively, he’d gone into the woods with a load of money and set fire to it. Prick.

Legged it and they told the coppers someone had broke into their house and taken the keys.
About 2 months later the coppers got in touch to say some scroat they'd nicked had done it!! I have no idea what the upshot was but I always thought if some little rat was so bad he couldn't remember what he had and hadn't nicked then fair play. They'll have been plenty he got away with.
Edit: My mate found out it was his little cunt of a brother after this and nearly killed him.
Where was it parked ?Had my drivers door window bricked during the QPR match B******s!!!

Alderson Street, just off London Road.
It just made me think of Roadhouse for some reasonUsed to work the doors in my 20's, had many vehicles vandalised, I used to buy the cheapest car with a decent mot I could find, just to use for work for a year n then scrap it.
It just made me think of Roadhouse for some reason
But one night I was finishing early with one of the other lads, we walked to the cars just in time to catch a thieving little twat breaking into his Nova.
