Shipmates,

I wonder if someone could explain to me how the friends and family works with regard to club membership?

I see that you can link your account with others, but does this mean you combine loyalty points for ticket purchases/allocations?

If my thoughts are correct, I would like to find a friend or two to combine points for mutual benefit. I am not sure if this is possible or there are any catches?

If you have say three friends linked to your account does that mean you can buy three tickets at one time, one each?

This has merit if you wish to sit together, a must for me when my son attends matches.

Any ideas?

It's merely to allow you to purchase tickets on other people's behalf, you won't be able to "share" points... simply buy tickets for those customer numbers when they are eligible.

Ive just tried to purchase 3 x Newcastle tickets online we are all ST holders and only mine is
coming up as a £10 ticket the other 2 are coming up as £15 probably will have to go down in person

Once they are added to the cart, click the "update basket" button, it should update them all to the cheaper price.

Thanks Foxy just tried that and it didnt work, Ive sent them an E Mail so hopefully get it sorted

No worries, was fine for me, showed full price until I forced an update to the basket.

Just tried it again and its worked
As they are not our normal seats (JSS not open) will I need to get tickets from office or will my ST be activated

They should post paper tickets out. With it being close to the game you may have to collect
