How do you recover from broken ribs so quickly?

When I bust mine they would feel ok after a few weeks but anykind of strenuous activity and they hurt like hell for probably 6 weeks or so, guess hell get loaded up with some pain killers pre match

I'll be honest . For me it should be Boldock . He's really impressed me in the games I've seen him . It's not a bad dilemma for Wilder to contend with when both are fit though

As the risk of hijacking a thread for Freeman I have to give a shout out the LWB position . Stevens has been a revelation and yet another brilliant Wilder acquisition . Lafferty Stevens Boldock and Freeman competing for 2 positions illustrates quite beautifully just what Wilders doing for us . The competition all over the pitch right now is better than it's been for decades .

c) he never actually broke his ribs like Leon was never on crutches and the rumour mill took hold of the injury as something more than it was.

He was fantastic last season, think his first goal was away at Gillingham(?) and after that, every time he crashed into the box you knew he was going for goal, often sending the ball straight up into the roof of the net, leaving the keeper with no chance.
