Winner is the closest if not exact. If there are two winners exact or equidistant then my option to pay out on both. If more than two I will double the original amount then split it pro rata.

Closest can be under or over. Therefore unless anyone else has an objection or other claim the winner following due scrutiny will be blade79. I will consider the situation however.
