No it isn't old news.

Wilder has confirmed in an interview that they will be offered new 2 year contracts taking them up to 2019 + a further 1 year option based on appearances.

That hasn't been reported previously, only that their current contract option to 2018 had been taken up.

Isn't this exactly the contractural arrangement we pilloried Madkins and the club for, barely months ago ?
