I found myself checking other scores and looking at the league table. Not because I suddenly think we're going to beat the drop but because I feel we're part of the whole thing again.
Amazing what one great performance and win can do.

I know what you mean mate.

I just ask that we play the rest of the season the right way, with a bit of fight and spirit and just trying to play a bit. If, by doing so, we also make it interesting along the way, then that's an added bonus!

The City game is a free hit in that noone expects anything, but I can't wait to get past it and have a good go at West Brom!

That performance has given us all a little bit of self respect back. Ok we might not even get out of the bottom three, but if the big Mancs look back at this game as the one that lost em the league.....I’ll be delighted.

I’ve done exactly the same. Have avoided looking at the table for about 2 months.

Don’t get me wrong it still makes depressing reading but my thoughts have suddenly focused on let’s catch WBA and take it from there

And now you've got me wondering, no pressure on us, firmly bottom, but we've just proved sumat. Now, the nerves are all WBA's to have and we come out fighting. They'll already know that they got away with one last time out.

we need to now make up 3 to WBA and 5 to Fulham and we play both sonn. Wrong results and we are down. Right results and we should hopefully be above at least one especially if we can get a point of WH and Chelsea
