Interesting reading. Thanks for that. There must be a huge disparity in the division then.

I'm probably a bit high suggesting Northampton pays 150-200k.

Certainly I can see United paying 6-10k per week given what we pay some of the squad.

I'd imagine so, yes. The majority of pay comes as bonuses and additions in player contracts including simply being named in the squad. I'd imagine there's all sorts written into Managers' too. Oldham Chairman should offer "Shezza" a few quid for every smile he cracks.
