Agree....Wes is solid and reliable and was a nice upgrade on Olsen, who was surprisingly shaky for us.
However he's no where near our best over the decades and not as good as Henderson.

We've had some great keepers over the years. Always the start of the spine of the team. Hendo or Kelly the best ever im not sure. Loved em both

Henderson was massive for us in the Prem. But Fod, stands out against anyone either side of that going back to Paddy.

Henderson was more of a talisman (very confident and got the crowd going), which was really important because when Bramall Lane is rocking the team can beat anybody. His decision making could be dodgy but his shot stopping was often superb. Henderson had this knack of saving one on ones with their player clean thru on goal. Henderson was also lucky to have a very solid defence in front of him, so in many matches Hendo didn't have that much to do but he'd still produce the odd match winning save.

Kelly was the better keeper overall.
