I said on another thread that he needs 10 games to get himself fit and firing, but his body will never allow him to complete 10 games without getting injured. To those ITK, who or what role is Flecky to the rest of the group? I'm fascinated by owt to do with group (or squad) dynamics, me.

You hear of George, Norwood, Bash and Egan being described of the elder statesmen of the group, and the leaders, especially now that others such as Billy and Didzy have moved on in recent seasons. But we rarely hear owt of Flecky.

In the earliest days I'd expected him to be a screamer and shouter amongst the group, almost as George is now. A proper hard man, demanding more from those around him. But I'm not so sure that that's the case?

I dont really see Bash as a vocal leader either to be honest. People have different ways of leading people though.
Oli Mac seems loved by everyone and I read an interview where he said he sees his team mates as an army he's going to war with. Love owt like that me.
