Some crackers! Will be using a few of them..

Keep them coming!!

there are two sides to every flag
There are. But if they'd done it properly the writing would be backwards as well as the Union Jack. Its isn't, so they've got the Union Jack bit of their flag the wrong way round, the traitors. They'd have been flogged back in Nelson's day. Or something...

The Saint Patrick's cross is at the lower side of the St. Andrew's cross next to the flag-pole. Conventionally 'drawings' of the Union Jack assume the Flagpole is on the left hand side. (as on your graphic)

On the white Ensign, the Union Jack is at the upper quadrant next to the flagpole as can be seen on the Peterborough flag, this is on the right.

Again if printed in a book, the flagpole is conventionally assumed to be on the left so if you call this the 'front', then the photograph of the Peterborough flag is the 'back' of the flag.

Thats why I pointed out that flags have two side.

Correct Shoreham view. I have never ever used this phrase before and I have to say, I don't know what it means but perhaps......

"I am hoist by my own petard?"

My point, however stands despite your ingenious excuses!

What is the story behind Scandinavian blades another McCabe adventure or just a large contingent of ex sheffielders?

'Tis Bergen Blade. Brought 20-odd over for the Charlton match in a ridiculous range of ages (summat like 6 to 76? Please confirm, BB).

Most Scandinavians who are into football support an English team, so we're a bunch who for various reasons have chosen Sheffield United.

Yes, Grafikhaus, we were 19 at the quarter final, age ranged from 2 to 71. We'll be back to celebrate our second Sheffield promotion after the Chesterfield game. ;)

On this day, which I have been led to believe is the 25th anniversary of photoshop, I congratulate you sir on your exemplary use of the 'flip horizontal' tool!

NO its wrong, the well know Sambuca Drinker Shoreham Viewer would point out, were he here; that it should say Peterborough the right way round!
