Wards the shirt sponsors and yet the Bradway historically was always a Whitbread house.

Mark Shaw and Marcus Brameld both went into non-league coaching/management. If the Mark Todd is the same bloke he had a very successful non-league career and scored a fair few goals and had some low value transfer fees paid for him.

Fraser foster? Had me going for a sec then.

Paul Cooper too, so well set for goalies.

Mark Todd too so they really should have walked that league. Obviously Wilder had the top players but couldn't manage them to better things.

After failing at Bradway I know he turned up in West Yorks but I lost touch then. A mate said something about him being a window cleaner.
Anyone got any idea what Wilder's doing these days?

I remember one or two of those! I remember Jamie Kay being one hell of player - not sure why he never made it. Think it broke his leg when playing for Sheffield club. Not sure though.

All I will say is who the bloody hell is Chris Wilder? probably slipped in to obscurity and working on the bins or something? :)

Is that 'the' Mark Todd, that played for us (alongside Wilder) in the 88/89 promo campaign? I remember him having more hair.

The very same Mark Todd. He persuaded John Beresford to turn out for a while. Carey had a year at Toytown and turned down a second i think.
'Charlie' missing off that pic, another long termer. very good side, used to win the knock out senior cups from south of Leeds to Nottingham / Brum.

Hmm...there was a chap in my year at school called Dean Drabble. Bears a resemblance to the one in the photo.

As a kid most of our football was played in Lowedges park but sometimes we used to go and play on the Bradway 'rec' behind the Bradway pub.

We'd then try and get those yellow golf balls from under the fence on the driving range and try and sell them back to golfers.

Bradway pub in the early 1970's had some decent players. Think a couple of brothers, Lemons(?) and the Mitchells played for them.
