FFP isn’t going anywhere anytime soon in my opinion, I’m also not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to it all. This may come across as a Wednesd*y bashing thread and in part it is but can we try and stick to the FFP topic rather than bash that lot,
I want to know where D taxi’s come into FFP, the way I see it is that Chancer has made a company called D taxi’s and sponsored the pigs for extra income but yet the company doesn’t exist, so here are my questions

How can sponsorship be a loophole for chairmen?
If found to be falling foul of FFP Will the powers that be investigate D taxi’s?
Is Chansiri sponsoring the club ethical?
What are the Penalties?

I think this answers your questions mate

"The Football League’s then-new FFP rules, aimed at improving its clubs’ financial sustainability particularly in the Championship, set out sanctions including heavy fines for clubs which made losses greater than £8m in 2013-14. Leicester, spending heavily on players’ wages, made a £34m loss in 2012-13, then reduced it to £21m, partly due to receiving a large increase in income from a marketing deal signed with Trestellar Limited, a company run by the son of the former Premier League chairman Sir Dave Richards. That deal, under which Trestellar sold the sponsorship of the club’s shirt and stadium back to King Power, is understood to have been under investigation by the EFL when considering whether Leicester breached the rules."

D taxis "exists" for the exact same reason the Chairman sponsors the North Stand, the shirts, using Elev8.

He generates income for the club using "sponsorship", rather than directly putting the money in himself (which is restricted). That said only "going rates" can be applied for sponsorship. e.g if I win 135m on the euromillions I can't really buy the Blades and put my name on the shirt for £100m.

So, based on that... Wednesday might get a £3.1m fine, payable over five years.

Which is, in effect, saying that if you want to cheat by ploughing £30m into a club, you have to actually put £33m in and then it will be OK.

The guy's an idiot. With the money he has, it wouldn't have been difficult to set up a small office and have, say, 6 cabs operating in Sheffiled. Legit company and he might even have made a profit!

No, what they should've done is have "John West Tuna" sponsor the shirts and rename the stadium - "The Thai Union Group Stadium". That company is worth billions and nobody would bat an eyelid.

Man City do it with The Etihad

He tried to buy City.

Don't forget The Big Prinz has also created an imaginary company, to which he has donated some of his shares, so that he can get around a financial problem.

The confirmation statement filed 19th July at Companies House States UTB LLC still owns all the shares.

No tax dodge with me either. To dodge tax, first you have to intend paying some..........................

New double post tax to be implemented on S2 ;)

To be fair Nade hasn't had a grip on this place for months, it's probably falling apart at this end.

I'm wondering if like me, Nade is disappointed at the drop in standards at Greggs*. Back in the day, you could almost guarantee some form of heat, or at least warmth. These days, they are usually colder than Walt Disney. If the lad has taken it as hard as I have, no wonder his eye is off the ball.

*Oh and one other thing, the fucking bun section is after where you queue now, the pressure of choice when you get to the front of the queue, you can hear the tuts of the fat fuckers behind you.

Anyway....................

The irony of this is, I saw the Chansiri entourage getting a taxi at the Mercury yesterday afternoon and it was an Uber.
