I’ll admit i’m not a Lawyer or in the Legal system in any way but i can’t imagine Seriki would have been able to fly out to Spain so quickly if he was involved in an active police investigation?

He’s away with his employer and would only be facing dangerous/careless driving charges (if any charges at all). I can’t imagine the police think he’s likely to go on the run…

He’s not facing any charges. He’s not charged. He’s not arrested. He’s not on bail pending anything. FFS if you’re American you can drive on the wrong side of the road and kill somebody and still leave the country for good.

Well he’s either going to leave us and progress or stay and his career will be stifled by Wilders inability to actually coach players. Not much else to say on that one…

It isn't one v the other. I hate speeding and careless drivers and don't think those type of people are punished properly in many cases. However, if the crash was that bad the last thing on any sane person's mind is to go on social media spouting about it. We also do not know the cause of this particular crash so I quite rightly didn't mention anything about 'idiotic driving'. Better not to comment until the facts are known, otherwise you have a forum that's just a bunch of washerwomen spreading rumours as fact.
