Pretty sure we will find out at 2pm today if he's in the squad. Assuming from this he wouldn't be and then wilder will be asked why not.
As if Radio Sheffield would ever ask any real questions of Wilder live on air 🤣

It's never happened and it'll ll never happen

Journalism my arse

If true, get him gone. Maybe Wilder was bang on regarding his attitude.
Why? He’s had a car crash- wasn’t drunk driving- so why does he need to be ‘get gone’?? If he was at fault he’ll get points on his licence or a ban. Sure many people on this site have totted up a few penalty points in their time. Maybe even for speeding or careless driving?!? 😱

I really don’t see the point in continuing this debate.

It's not a debate though. You have already decided that the first person to go on social media must be an innocent good samaritan and therefore blameless.

If I cause a car accident but go on social media and say - 'it was the other drivers fault' does that make me innocent?

Personally have a feeling that someone who’d go to the extent of emailing the club about a car crash they’ve witnessed involving one of the players probably isn’t making it up.

Just like the Forest fan who claimed he thought his life was in danger.

Finding McBurnie not guilty of a single charge of assault by beating, the district judge Leo Pyle said his judgment was based on evidence heard in court and “not the instant judgment of social media”

Other words used in that court case included ' fantasist- seeking compensation'
Luckily court judgements aren't based on -'I have a feeling'

McBurnie, a ballerina? Love it!

So some random bloke almost caught up in Seriki's crash finds out he's a footballer and decides to contact the club because he's so traumatised?

It's a fine line these days between being a good samaritan and a wannabe internet influenza.

Worrying though how many of our fans were happy to pile in on Seriki based on the factual evidence of nothing. Because - someone said so on social media.

Is that similar to a computer virus?

You sure it was OUR fans?

I can find no mention of the alleged Seriki accident online - other than the first allegation.
I don't think it happened - if that is so, should lewis1235 not be in trouble?
Most things online are completely untrue unless from a reputable source. Not worth getting arsed about just don’t believe anything you read unless you can verify it from a sane source!
