Why? He’s had a car crash- wasn’t drunk driving- so why does he need to be ‘get gone’?? If he was at fault he’ll get points on his licence or a ban. Sure many people on this site have totted up a few penalty points in their time. Maybe even for speeding or careless driving?!?

It's not a debate though. You have already decided that the first person to go on social media must be an innocent good samaritan and therefore blameless.

How can this be?! Just over 24hrs ago he was dragged from the wreckage of a vehicle involved in a 100mph smash- the witness was deeply deeply affected by it, it was so traumatic. Or, it was a non-injury RTC being dealt with through all parties insurers.
