Is it just me who isn't remotely excited about Monday yet?

I felt exactly the same about both Preston matches, which might be a good sign, but I can just remember how heartbroken I was at the Millennium Stadium and I think some self-defensive mechanism has kicked in.

It might be a completely different story come 05:30 on Monday morning... but so far I am sleeping soundly.

I've even managed to dream that we lost 1-0 over the weekend.

I'm excited for the day out until 3pm.

Nothing will hurt as bad as cardiff with me I dont think. I have reached my hurtful peak I reckon.

Me as well despite the tickets arriving today. Think it's because I've got a busy rest of the week left at work as I'm thinking about that mostly.

Long and bitter experience says I'm not letting myself get too wound up. Quietly enjoying the fact that I'm actually going to Wembley with my team for a game that really matters - but at the same time getting myself ready for when/if it all ends in tears - again.

I'm the same.

Though when it comes to Sunday night i'll struggle to sleep, then the majority of the early hours on the Monday morning will be spent on the pot.

Im not but I wasnt excited about the semi either.

I feel very mellow.

Im just happy with a break from work.

i'm feeling very relaxed.....................

then when the games starts i'll be like a whirlin dervish ..... them folk in the millenium suite think i'm a nutter ! ..... and there probably reight !

I'm relaxed, daren't be excited, the trusty red and white wizards have let me down on most big occasions and at my age I dont know if I can cope with the upset.

Once Friday rolls around and i can kick work into touch for 5 whole days i'll start to get excited; although i doubt i will feel nervous until the game kicks off and Burnley approach our penalty area!

I have had a strange sense of comfidence which started before the Crystal Palace game; even after we failed to win promotion i was not too downbeat. Maybe it's our year or maybe i've become battle-hardened to the constant disappointment that comes with following the blades.

Either way i'm going to enjoy the day as much as possible; who knows when i'll get the chance to see the blades play at Wembley again.

GCB in front of 90k at wembley stadium is gonna be special!

Totally book dudes!

Like DD seen all the disappointments on the big day and so you sort of half expect it. Looking forward to seeing my team at Wembley though.

Usual Blades setting for this: expecting the worst, hoping for the best! Enjoy it though kids and get down Wembley Way at least an hour before kick-off.

Fairly calm, and determined not to build my hopes up too much so that they won't be quite so crushed as at Cardiff!

That said, had my first Wembley-related dream last night: we won 1-0, but I managed to miss the goal by being in some kind of tunnel around the side of the pitch and trying to peer up at the pitch!

Oh well, so long as the result was correct I can live with the rest. ;)

Battle hardened maybe? but who are we kidding we'r all on here talking about it.
probably a bit of my Spocks emotion supression kiking in but will we be able to maintain that?

I'm another one who's witnessed all the disappointments so am kinda subconsciously gearing myself up for another one.

We all know though that with United we're hardly likely to race into a 3 goal lead before half-time. Even if we did we'd let them get 2 in the second half and for the last 10 mins it would be tin-hat time in our box.

Not nervous now, won't be before kick-off but I'll be behaving like I'm on a red-bull drip during the game.If it goes to penalties, I could well flat-line.

Please Blades, give me that buzz of winning that big game.

Come Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Penalties forgot all about these! I don't think i could bare them. Would be a great way to win tho. :)
