I will be at the press conference, and given the opportunity, I will be asking "for fuck's sake why" in the most delicate and flowery language I can. I don't think I'm speaking out of turn by saying quite a few emails sent into the club were making their way round the decision makers yesterday.

Kevin McCabe has not killed the club, Danny Wilson has not killed the club, the only ones damaging our club are those having a public tantrum because they are not happy with the clubs choice of Manager.

I listened to Radio Sheffield as I drove into work this morning and to be honest I was squirming with embarassment as I heard the various vox-pops condemning Wilson's appointment for no reason other than his associations with Wednesday.

Lets be clear, Danny Wilson is not a Wednesdayite, he is an ex-professional footballer from Wigan, who spent a very small part of his playing career at Hillsborough, in terms of appearances he played for another 4 clubs more times than he played for Wednesday!!!

Even as a Manager his time at the helm of SWFC is unlikely to hold many happy memories and I am sure success at BDTBL would actually be especially sweet for him. To the wider world he is actually better known for his time at Barnsley and for the remarkable achievement of taking them to the Premier League.

Finally, I completely agree with Linz in asking the question "WHY!!!!", however having asked this question, surely we should listen to the answer with an open mind.

Why has Kevin McCabe appointed Danny Wilson?
Why has Danny Wilson accepted the job?
What does Danny Wilson feel he can offer SUFC?
Where does Danny Wilson feel he can take our club?
How does Danny Wilson feel he can fulfil KMCs recently stated vision for the club?
How does he intend to integrate the great work John Pemberton is doing at the Academy into the Blades first team?
