Dear Hugh (snigger), in a previous post by Linz it seems that Ms Hatchet is a nom de plume, not sure if it's the full name or a partial change.

EDIT: I'd consider every like as a "count me out" too.

Not sure if anyone else has done similar but I emailed the official supporters club about this, it was a pretty lengthy email and strongly worded in places.

I expressed my concern about a representative of the Official Supporters Club making a statement that has been so widely quoted across more than a dozen national media publications, I said Mr Smith had no right to speak on mine and other fans behalf and that it was damaging to the club and suporters club, amongst other things.

I copied the club in and less than an hour later had a phone call from the new chairman of the OSC, he wants to meet me tomorrow before the game. I'll let you know whats said.

Appreciate that speaking to the media has been an individual decision, but have the Supporter Clubs been given any general guidance / instructions from the Club on dealing with the media re: Ched? If not, do they think they should be asking for this?

All the Supporters Club needs to do is put out an official statement saying that they, as a supporters' club, will make no comment on the issue and that anyone commenting on it connected with the SC is doing so in a personal capacity and represents no-one's views except his own.
