I suspect it’s heavily based on how well fans think they’re being engaged with - and like fans’ opinions on most things about their club, that will largely be based on the team‘s results on the pitch.

I seem to remember there was some vaguely similar survey last season where we came top. Then everyone was saying how wonderful everything about the club was. Now, they can’t do anything right.

I could be dense and missing it on the site, but the harder it is to find the less I expect it to be worth reading. Not expecting it to be the most scientific analysis ever, survey data would be fine, but 1st or 60th is meaningless if no one knows how they made the list.
