A shout went up near me last night 'Well done Monty!' the guy next to me says 'You don't hear that very often!'

They perhaps overplayed it a bit first half but were better later in second half and in extra time. Still think it will be difficult to win over some fans, I overheard a couple of gentleman requesting that 'the team 'Get it forward, stop faffing about we it!'

I believe it must have been you sat a couple of rows behind me. I shouted 'Well done Monty', and heard the exact same sentence... and I also heard what I think was you grumbling about the people telling them to hoof it when Maguire and Long passed it between themselves a few times, I chuckled to myself in agreement!

Terry Kennedy was superb - heard someone saying he's only a 1st year scholar? Needs to grow if he wants to make a CB but looks extremely comfortable.

Someone on another board said he was 16, but he was 17 in November. It's a valid point that he's a bit short for a centre back and the club is probably wise to let him play holding midfield a bit, and I think he's done that a few times lately.
