i think we are guaranteed another tv tie as well televised replay if we get past Wrexham & id assume they'll only televise 4 of the 8 matches. i think it depends on if Sunderland or Fulham for the 4th game

If Fulham win

I hope we get Spurs but we got some non league team called Wrexham first. :(

Looking at the creepy arsehole licking Spurs fans they think they are playing Wrexham already.

Kane and co heading to the Racecourse Ground!

Can we just make sure we treat these fuckers like the conference cloggers that they are and put 5 past them?

I get it, they’ve got famous owners and are sponsored by social media, but fuck me they need knocking down a peg or two.

Live Score app just sent me - Wrexham handed potential clash with Premier League Spurs
I hope that the lads see it

That will be a fine game if we can get past those welsh wizards. Looking forward to it now.
Just can’t see us beating them though, what with all those film stars and associated glamour, we can but dream.😥

Why is the game, us or Wrexham vs Spurs at 15:00 on Monday 27th February?

Assuming we get through , our match against Spurs would coincide almost to the day with another we played against them 55 years ago .

On that occasion , a certain young gentleman aged just 18 made his home debut for us and put in a performance never to be forgotten by those who were privileged to see it , resulting in a 3-2 victory .

A repeat of that would be nice . :)

We haven't played Spurs in the FA Cup since 1957-8, when we won 3-0 at White Hart Lane in the 4th round. This was a good result to say the least - Spurs finished 3rd in the league that year, and we were 6th in Division 2.

Last time we played them in front of a crowd I seem to think we made pretty short work of them. Or was there no crowd that day? 3-0 or 3-1?

There was no crowd then. It was 1-1 away when we last played them in front of a crowd, but we arguably should have won (ridiculous VAR).

The following season we lost 3-1 and 4-0; but obviously there was no crowd, and we were woeful nearly every week then.

S'ok, didn't want to find out his name anyway..

If we do get past Wrexham it’ll be interesting to see what happens for the Kop.

We’ll have to give Spurs the whole Bramall Lane end, meaning the corner will be closed as SYP can’t cope with fans making eye contact. So we’ll be 2k seats down on capacity there.

If we can then only sell tickets on the Kop to season ticket holders, that’s another 2k lost.

Throw in all the other bits and bobs of random restrictions and we might be only able to sell 27k ish.

I’d hope the club have a bit of joined up thinking and say if you buy a Wrexham ticket you get priority and a few quid off your Spurs ticket. It’d help us get a better crowd for the Wrexham game and in turn, hopefully help us get into the fifth round.

Replay Blades v Wrexham will be shown live on ITV 4.
Ticket sales are first come first served not reserved for season ticket holders.
only a limited number on the Kop. John Street and South Stand are open.
great incentive Spurs Home in the 5th round.
