We are all "forum warriors" mate. It would be a shit read if we all echoed the manager ;)

Yes, fair enough Flawed I agree. It just really annoys me when someone says a player is 'shit' when clearly he isn't. I just can't imagine our manager with his vast experience signing 'shit' players. By all means say he's not proved anything, he's yet to realise his potential, he's this he's that but 'cos he's shit only staying because no one wants him'. That's plainly ridiculous. Each to their own opinion, but really!

Of all the topics on this forum DDG is perhaps the most baffling.

Diego Forum is being scouted by Juventus, on the fringes of the Italian national team and we should keep him no matter what the cost.

Diego Realworld has played a dozen or so games in Division 4 for York and Northampton, not scored many, if any, and been demoted to the subs bench.

Adkins must have seen potential (and no more) in him to offer a contract, but I can't imagine he envisages him setting Division 3 on fire.

I think the contract was offered well before NA arrived.

At this stage Calvert-Lewin is attracting a lot of attention and favourable comments, indeed raves, from NA. Che has obviously started the pre-season well. Reed is Reed. We could well have a youthful looking line-up for the first league game, though C-L will be "nurtured" in NA's words last night.

Diego will be pleased to start on the bench and will hope to have more and more playing time as the season progresses. He's a young lad with time on his side.

DCL and Che did look good last night and wanted to play football - think one or two of the senior players may not be going to get the game time their probably expecting. Be interesting to see the in's and out's over the next two weeks - anyone know why Garry Hooper's name appeared in the programs team sheet??

If we all echoed the manager every post would be about four paragraphs long given NA's verbosity.
Today's question on RS about Sharp is prime example why didn't he just say yes we are in talks?

Is the Gary hooper part a wind up?was it really on there or am i being gullible again?

Yeah - he was in the squad printed on the back of the program / poster. Some Grecian taking the piss I suspect.

Just my opinion mate but I actually think he will do well for us this season.
Higdon, Che, Done and Sharp has the makings of being the best strike force in this shitty division :)

UTB.
It's strange how so many are putting faith in higdon after last season. I also think he has more to offer... Done we know about... Che will be good to see him over more than a brief cameo... McNulty will obviously have a few goals in him... But billy, don't know

I think the faith in Higdon may be due to the fact that he was so bad last season, he can only get better. Probably not as as much as people are hoping, because he surely can't get any worse.can he. Or am I being too harsh.

The second goal is incredible. Who got the assist? Reed or Wallace? What a ball.. great touch, great finish.

Well, if he gets any more immobile we're going to have to employ a second striker just to roll him up and down the pitch.
