Don't think the most important question of us being overseas for pre-season has been asked yet....

Anyone bringing any fags back??
Slav never came through with my bacca order.
£300 notes down.
Paid him via PayPal goods and services so hoping the dispute I've opened will get me a refund.
Any fags he's selling will probably be Brenson and Hedgies.
Don't pay Friends and Family.

You've 'opened a dispute' with Slav the Serb??????

Can I have your season ticket?

Didn't realise him and Ky were brothers. Good stuff.
No I didn't know that . TBF no one would guess either , they look nothing alike and have different surnames.

My knowledge bank on Tyler is small but reasonably well informed.

He's a really nice lad according to a couple of people I know who know him. I was having a pint with one of them last night (not a blades fan) and when I mentioned he'd scored he was genuinely pleased for him.

At Swindon last year he was very well thought of by the Swindon fans I know. They were truly awful and Smith apparently kept working hard and finished well.

It will be interesting to see what happens next for him. It's going to be really hard at United, given what's currently ahead of him

Anyone who watched give a view on the formation? Looked like 3-4-3. Just wondered how the strikers set up? Didz just behind the front 2 or did Moose and/or Brewster play wide?

I think with our squad 3-4-3 makes the most sense, just depends on sales and signings obviously.

McGoldrick left, Mousset central and Brewster right.

Thought the second half team played the best football, but the opposition tiring surely played a part.

Mcgoldrick played really well on the left with the new role not really affecting his usual game but brewster looked a bit lost ,losing possession and physically being outmuscled quite a lot and topped it off with the worst miss I've ever seen
But with coaching and practice can see it working

It seemed to me we tried to press higher and regain possession high up the pitch. It wasn't always successful, especially first half. Some heavy legs most likely.

There was less (hardly any as we know it) overlapping from the wide centre halves and less of the patient/slow build up down the flanks. We seemed more eager to get in behind, as suggested by Mousset spearheading the attack. Two goals from breaks where we put the scorers clean through.

I enjoyed the game and look forward to the next couple of friendlies.

Why, are they big Wednesday fans?

His Dad is Gavin Smith. Current Sheffield FC manager who was in my class all through secondary school.

Definitely supported the unclean and signed as a junior pro with them.

Most talented player I ever saw at junior level but never quite made it for some reason. Played junior cricket for Yorkshire as well.

Mates with their cousin who kept me abreast of what was going on at Swindon with Sheridan etc, he's a baller in waiting and I'm even thinking of backing him to get 10 goals this season (depending on odds)

Ky will be the next "big" SUFC academy graduate imo (Walker, Maguire level)

Can't believe no report of our Gibraltarian triumph in any of the Sunday papers. Typical media anti-Blades bias. Not like there's much else going on in football right now.

Published this Sunday morning on my site. Check it out. I break down the new shape as best as possible. Thoughts and feedback welcome. UTB!
