First 30 minutes like last year Basham playing as an overlapping centre back Robinson not doing the same. Mcg only player at 34 years that can go past players in midfield looks a class above anyone else. Regulation header from Egan for his goal. Mousset looks interested and will benefit from losing an extra stone off his arse, took his goal well.

Slav and his Spanish coaches constantly shouting forward when players in possession at the back which is a good sign.

Brewster missed a sitter from the best move of the match so far and then got himself booked for arguing with ref on half time. Robinson been told to calm down as he's having a run in with one of their forwards.

Oppo after a good start beginning to wilt in the heat. Will be good to see some of the youngsters second half.
